Job Description

Primary Location:Casper, Wyoming

IT Applications Specialist Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to applications and provides technical assistance and training to system users by performing the following duties. Perform 24/7 on call support for DSD Application. Develop and implement new technologies. Assist/perform On-Site training for new warehouse acquisition transition and roll out. In depth knowledge, training, and auditing of all software programs directly or indirectly tied to VIP.Train End-Users in the following areas: Sales Operations Delivery Operations Driver ProtocolOffice Operations Dispatch Cashier Retailer Maintenance Accounts Receivable iDIG Training and Support Warehouse
